Papaya Coconut Smoothie
Fruity, creamy, silky and full of protein and healthy fats, this smoothie is sure to satisfy even the hungriest breakfasters!

1 Tbsp chia seeds, soaked in ½ cup water
1 Cup nondairy milk (pictured with almond milk)
¼ Cup coconut milk (full fat, can shaken)
1 banana
1 cup of papaya, cut into chunks
2 Tbsp hemp seeds
2 dates, pitted
Pinch of Himalayan pink salt
Optional: Garnish with coconut shreds and an extra slice of
papaya
You will make: (1) 20 ounce smoothie
1.)
In a small dish, mix chia seeds into water. Set
aside for fifteen minutes to soak the chia seeds completely
2.)
Place all ingredients in a vitamix or other blender,
adding liquid ingredients first
3.)
Blend on high approximately one minute until all
ingredients are blended smoothly
4.)
Pour into a large glass and enjoy for breakfast
or a mid-day snack
