Nori Crisps

Gluten free, Grain free, Vegan
Makes about 24 Nori Crisps
This recipe is meant to be easily multiplied to make as many nori crisps as you want!


2 Roasted Nori Sheets
1/4 tsp Salt
1/8 tsp Pepper
1/4 tsp Smoked paprika
1 tsp Nutritional yeast
Water to spritz
Oil to spritz

1.) Preheat oven to 350 degrees
2.) On a medium-large baking sheet, lay out Nori sheets and spritz lightly with water
3.) Sprinkle over Nori sheets, in this order, salt, pepper, smoked paprika and nutritional yeast. Adjust spices to taste.
4.) VERY lightly spritz oil over spices on the nori sheets. You can either place your own oil in a spray bottle of your choice, or use a high quality kitchen spray oil, such as avocado or grapeseed
5.) Place baking sheet in oven for approximately 6 minutes, just long enough for oil to dry and spices to seal on Nori sheets

6.) Remove from oven, allow to cool, and carefully cut into crisps. Each sheet will make about 12 nicely sized crisps
