Overnight Vanilla Chia Breakfast Parfaits

Gluten free, Grain free, Vegan
Makes 2-3 breakfast parfaits
Ingredients:
½ Cup chia seeds
2 Cups nondairy milk
2 Tbsp agave
1 tsp vanilla extract
Sliced fresh organic strawberries
Instructions:
1.) In a mixing bowl or container with a lid, Add chia seeds, nondairy
milk, agave and vanilla.
2.) Mix well and set aside for fifteen minutes.
3.) Mix well once again to incorporate all ingredients, cover
and set in the refrigerator overnight.
4.) In the morning, divide soaked chia pudding into separate
parfait bowls or glasses.
5.) Top with freshly sliced organic strawberries and Maple
Cinnamon Grain Free Granola
